Handmade = One of a Kind
All items are handmade, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece special. These variations are expected and are not considered flaws.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted. Because items are handmade, all sales are final.
That said, your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns about your order—such as damage during shipping or an issue that does not align with the product description—please contact me within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so I can review the situation and work toward a solution.
